You play as Alex Oshima, a female astronaut from Northstar IV, who wakes up alone in space with no memory of how she got there. The only thing she knows is that she needs to survive or find a way back home. The year is 2037, and the space station she was aboard has been torn apart into floating debris.
Every location in ADR1FT is designed to evoke the vastness of outer space, with broken parts of the station scattered throughout the area. So As you navigate through these wrecked spaces, you’ll find yourself moving through maze-like passageways and floating rooms. Your spacesuit provides propulsion using air, but each movement consumes oxygen, which you must manage carefully. Finding oxygen tanks and refilling devices scattered around is crucial to staying alive.
The journey/adventure is slow and methodical. Every encounter with the environment wears down your suit, so you must tread carefully. While there are repair stations available, they are few and far between. So Its story unfolds through voice logs, crew cards floating weightlessly in zero gravity, and onboard computer records. So, you will need to repair critical systems scattered across the station, ultimately working your way toward a rescue capsule.
