Star Valor Base Building Game Overview
Base Builder Expansion (file size: 5.2 GB), developed by Starforge Studios, released on June 12, 2025, lets you build and manage your own space stations. You can place all kinds of stations like regular ones for trading and ship repair, or go big with mining stations, weapon turrets, power plants, and even solar panels to keep your bases running. Every station starts with some basic modules like power and defense, and you can upgrade them by adding new stuff depending on the space you have. It all almost building the way you want.
You’re not just building now you can also take over enemy stations, at least for now with hideouts. There’s a new ship type too, called the Engineer, and it’s made for construction. It comes with a builder tool already built in, and it’s better at using repair beams to build things. There are also two new tier 3 engineer yachts you can try out, which are both size 2. If you like collecting stuff, there’s also a new special character you can unlock, and three new perks or achievements to earn while playing. These give you some small boosts or just fun goals to reach while you expand your galaxy.
A new game mode called Station Defense has also been added. This one is kind of like a tower defense game. You start off with just an engineer ship, a repair beam instead of a weapon, and some building materials. From there you build up your station while fighting off waves of enemies. You can trade with NPCs and expand your base as you go. It a fun turn that blends technique and activity. The best part is that everything works with your old save files, so you don’t need to restart your game to enjoy all this new stuff.
