The game has that gritty sci-fi horror vibe kind of like Alien or Space Hulk where every hallway feels like a trap, and every mission feels like it could be your last.
Each run takes about an hour which makes it great for short intense sessions. Maps are randomly generated, so every mission is different, with new layouts, enemy types, and mission goals like search, rescue, or full-on extermination. And even if your team doesn’t make it, you still unlock new upgrades and units for your next run. With roguelite progression, creepy visuals, and deep strategy, Xenopurge is about making smart calls under pressure and learning to survive, one mission at a time.
