Lured in by the beauty and abundance, they marched upon the land of the Valley of Wonders and started bloody and vicious fights to get to the king’s castle and kill him. She did … but the second wife of the dead husband got away with a small child, Julia, in her arms.
First, in Age of Wonders, the player selects the side for which he will battle and the ideals he will rise up to champion, thus determining one of six different endings (three per campaign). After that, you can take the reins of the given hero or do your own. From elves and goblins to high men and frostlings, this adds up to 12 races in total.
