In the first installment, Dirk faces nine increasingly difficult levels. So As he progresses deeper into the dungeon, the challenges grow tougher, with new monsters or traps that demand quick reflexes and strategic thinking.

Dragon’s Lair II Time Warp introduces a few key changes to the formula. The levels are now sequential, but their numbering is inconsistent, which adds a new level of complexity. To reach the ultimate treasure, you’ll need to explore/find all the locations within the game. However, to unlock the final scenes, you must collect three precious items, requiring you to revisit locations and retrieve anything you may have missed earlier in your adventure.

The final chapter, Dragon’s Lair III: The Curse of Mordred, continues the story with elements from the previous installment that were left out due to memory constraints.
