GreenWood Defense Game Overview
Greenwood Defense (file size: 1.8 GB) is a simple 2D strategy game made by Wombart Games and released on 18 Jul, 2025. The main goal is easy keep your captain safe from waves of frog enemies. You place your units on the field, then level them up to make them stronger. There are over 15 different units, and each one can level up four times, unlocking cool new abilities as they grow.
Besides leveling units, you can unlock 16 permanent upgrades that help your defense get better and stay better for all your plays. During battles, you also get to use 4 special abilities that can turn things around when the fight gets tough. The diversion gives you parts of ways to blend and coordinate your units powers and overhauls so each diversion feels a small distinctive and fun.
There are 100 stages to play, and every five stages you meet new kinds of frogs to challenge your skills. Plus there are two huge super bosses waiting to test how well you can plan and fight. It a fun easy-to learn game that still keeps you thinking as you try to beat all the levels and protect your captain.
